    When setting up SMJ Accounting Services we sought advice from a well trusted telephone & systems company. They recommended a Panasonic system which would allow a degree of number recognition.

    Each of our clients is provided with a unique telephone number which is passed to their clients & suppliers. This number is displayed on our system & we are then able to answer the phone in our client’s name.

    Aztec were given a unique telephone number & email address. Fax numbers are shared with all clients.

    SMJ purchased the same accounts software as used by Aztec – taking a back up of the data & installing this at our offices. This was then checked & verified.

    All outstanding work was sent to our offices together with the historical data for storage.

    SMJ worked with Aztec’s bankers to set up Internet banking & also opened a facility locally to enable us to deposit cheques from their clients.
